Dr. Masoud Hashemi
Dr. Masoud Hashemi was born in 1974 in Tehran and is the founder of Haft Ganj Modern Company and also the owner of the Dr. English brand. Haft Ganj Modern Company is currently the first and only private company present in the Scientific and Research City and also has the Creative Company license from the Vice Presidency, which is a confirmation of the scientific movements and the great and bright vision of Mr. Masoud Hashemi. Now, the inclusiveness of the Dr. English educational system has been achieved with the slogan of creating educational justice and educational security, and families can easily trust the Dr. English educational method and see the results of this trust in the short term.

Starting activity...
He began teaching English conversation in 2001 and in 2007 he opened his first language training institute (under a brand other than Haft Ganj Modern). From the beginning, the institute’s approach was to provide academic education to infants and children from the age of 4, which was new at the time, and language institutes were primarily teaching people over the age of 9. At that time, the available resources in the language market, which were mostly books from the Longman Company, were used. Initially, a special working group for infants and children was formed and a special lesson plan for that session was prepared for all sessions to ensure uniformity and alignment with the conditions of language learners in the country.

2010
Until 2019, it was decided to make our educational resources and methods more widely, more standardized, and more up-to-date available to those interested from anywhere. Given the geographical limitations of attending the school and the non-standardization of some centers and people engaged in this profession, it was decided to produce an up-to-date and reliable resource for those interested. Therefore, Dr. Masoud Hashemi’s way of thinking and working changed and the start of content production for teaching English to children was made.
Over the years, by spending thousands of hours of teamwork and professional work, under the leadership of Dr. Masoud Hashemi, great steps have been taken in producing English language teaching resources in order to create a major change in the achievement of language learning outcomes in this field.

Writing 12 unique books in terms of content and design (containing 1100 pages), producing 12 very practical flashcard packs for books (over 1000 flashcards), producing the Dr. English educational application with the feature of session division (about 350 class sessions) and producing and uploading videos, voices and songs for each session separately, producing and designing 10 types of games with the content of each session for educational evaluation and replacing these games with stressful tests (nearly 2000 games), using a reminder system for more educational content, the ability to interact with the support team in the form of sending tickets by voice or text to fix problems, the ability to view the results of assignments and game scores instantly on the score bank dashboard, the ability to view the amount of use of each section by the learner for parental follow-up are some of the things that have been included in the Dr. English application.
Another unique activity of Dr. Masoud Hashemi is the formation of a professional team to produce television drama series that have so far managed to produce about 5,000 minutes of shows to teach all 12 volumes of Dr. English’s books. The engaging and fictional nature of the Dr. English series makes the education of the language learner’s subconscious in a fun and happy environment.
Dr. English’s team has also produced an augmented reality (A.R.) application through which new words of each lesson are displayed as anime and the conversations of each lesson are displayed as short, attractive animes with the help of Dr. English’s exclusive characters.
It is worth noting that many of the above are unique or rare in the world, and Dr. Masoud Hashemi’s round-the-clock efforts in idea generation and team building to produce the content needed by Iran today, based on the knowledge gained from 20 years of teaching and management, his invaluable experience in shaping the educational path, his faith in the positive effect of art in the educational process, and the use of technology, have caused God’s grace to be extended to the people of Iran and an event greater than imagined has occurred.
